Terms and conditions

The contract behind an order here, without the boilerplate padding.

Trading identity

The seller behind this site is Marvelle Plaza, at 156, Dhar Rd, G N T Market, Scheme 71, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452002, India. There is no third party in the contract. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address below is our business and order fulfilment address.

How an order is formed

Checkout creates an offer, not yet a contract. The confirmation email closes it. All prices are in Indian Rupees and are for the goods themselves. Any delivery charge is shown before you complete checkout.

Listings are prepared from supplier information. Where an obvious error appears in a price or a specification we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full within 5-7 business days rather than ship against it.

What the listings mean

Everything technical on a product page comes from the supplier and is repeated as given. We will help you read those figures against your own requirement, but we do not promise fitness for a particular use.

There is no shop warranty on top of the product. Any warranty printed on a product page stands by itself.

What a listing figure does and does not mean

We state toughened or tempered glass only where the supplier states it. Where a page is silent, treat the glass as ordinary mirror glass and handle it accordingly.

Your side

We ask for three things: a correct address, a phone number a courier can reach, and a look inside the box on arrival. Reselling our goods under another brand, or copying this site’s copy and images, is not permitted.

Limits of liability

These terms do not and cannot remove statutory consumer rights under Indian law. Within what the law allows, our liability on a product claim goes no further than the price paid for that product.

Law and jurisdiction

This agreement runs under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that apply, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will hear any dispute.
